The following business plan outlines the details of BOBA Music Agency ltd., which is a music consultant agency aiming to Taiwanese music export to Europe. The company is based on the spirit of serving independent artists for providing them all around services, depending on the stages of the artist and the goal of his or her career. The services include mentoring, branding consultant, artist website, digital health check and digital marketing, data analysis, press and media, Spotify playlist curation, tour consultant and live events in Europe.
