Abstract
This project develops a business plan and customer insights report for onemoresong.club, a Valencia-based music business services company created to support independent venues, cultural spaces, and developing artists. The project responds to the need for practical, accessible support in a local music ecosystem where many small organizations have creative ambition but limited time, structure, or resources for planning, communication, and audience development. The main deliverables include a complete business plan, financial projections, service definitions, a landing page and operational service prototypes, and qualitative customer research. Through interviews with venue managers and programmers in Valencia, the project tested the original assumption that small venues needed external programming support. The findings showed that established venues often have strong programming systems, while smaller or emerging spaces may benefit more from targeted support in communication, operations, and starting live music activity. For that reason, the final proposal moves away from a single programming-service model and presents onemoresong.club as a flexible music business support company, with a stronger focus on communication, planning, and project coordination.
