Abstract

This is a business plan for the live music industry start up EcoSCAPE CIC. EcoSCAPE is an innovative waste management company that focuses on creating a larger circular economy for greenfield festivals in the United Kingdom. EcoSCAPE can be thought of as a company that is: Reclaiming, Reusing, Renting and Regenerating. The company provides services for the community in three arms: Waste management for music festivals,Gear Rental Services for festival goers, Revenue Generation for local regenerative agricultural projects. We work with music festivals across the region to help divert items left abandoned at music festivals and give them a new life. In turn we head back to those very same customers to offer affordable rental gear for their campsites. We operate with the ethos that everyone should have access to sustainable camping choices and not be priced out of options that are better for the environment. Using a portion of revenue generated from every rental item we donate funds to local regenerative agricultural projects giving back to the very land that festivals take place on.
