Abstract
In this master's project, the author explores the electric guitar's versatility across six distinct genres: pop/trap, techno, cinematic, psychedelic rock, and synth wave. By experimenting with analog pedals, amplifiers, and digital plugins, the author crafts unique soundscapes, pushing the boundaries of emotional and sonic expression. Each track showcases the electric guitar's transformative capabilities, blending traditional and modern production techniques. This EP highlights the author's creative journey in reshaping music production, using the guitar in innovative ways to generate original sounds. The project transcends conventional genre limitations, demonstrating the limitless possibilities of sound design and technological experimentation. Ultimately, it offers listeners a captivating glimpse into the future of musical exploration and the boundless potential of the electric guitar in contemporary music.
