Abstract
Both the Structured Review Project and the Music Therapy World Journal Index (MTWJI) contribute to a central database of references and reviews of music therapy literature. After a short description of our activities in the Structured Review Project, I provide a concise report of literature related to the use of improvised music in therapy with people who have experienced traumatic brain injury. A critique of the identified material is accompanied by suggestions for published reports of music therapy treatment in the future. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2016 APA, all rights reserved)
