Abstract
Technicolor Blues is a bold, genre-blending musical that follows the emotional journey of a young man navigating identity, and purpose in the wake of a career shift. Set against a vibrant soundscape of soul, gospel, blues, and hip-hop, the show explores themes of legacy, spiritual conflict, and redemption through rich storytelling and dynamic music. As the protagonist, Blue unravels the truth behind his family’s past, he’s forced to confront hard choices about the future and what it means to carry the weight of your dreams and potentially your families nightmares. With the guidance of 3 corky musical guides, heart, humor, and a raw authenticity, Technicolor Blues invites audiences into a world where faith and fear collide—and healing comes in unexpected colors. You can only make the blues if you live it.
