Abstract
INO, being short for Innovative Nomad, would be the first completely virtual conference Berklee Valencia has ever hosted, which provided a solution to the dilemma of COVID in 2020. INO CON provided access to a new way of collaborating and learning from a global network of creators, regardless of location. Presented in simultaneously streamed hubs, the conference took a deep dive into KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI) of the music industry essential to build a sustainable career. This culminating experience walks through the process of creating and launching INO CON 2020.
