Abstract
Larwen Consulting, Sociedad Limitada (S.L.), a newly created Spanish limited liability company, is broadening its services with the development of an AI platform to be named Voisalogue. This platform will be mainly dedicated to curate, safeguard and exploit a voice catalogue for artists across various domains (i.e. voice actors or singers). Leveraging Larwen’s expertise, Voisalogue aims to pioneer a legally-oriented AI tool tailored to assist artists not only to exploit their voices (their work instruments) in the short term, but also protecting, as legally permissible, them. In the longer term, Voisalogue should be developing, maintaining and enhancing those voices as true intangible assets beyond being considered, as of today, a personal/moral right and a biometric data.
The Development, Enhancement, Enhancement, Maintenance, Protection and Exploitation activities is collectively known as DEMPE. By centralizing those functions, Larwen, through Voisalogue, will offer artists a comprehensive solution to protect and monetize their voices in the short term, while facilitating the attribution of economic value and distinctiveness to their voices in the long term. This includes the ability to register their voices in what we believe will exist soon: National Voice Registries.
