Abstract
The Head of Marketing for Disrupción Records is an operational role within the Global Entertainment and Music Business Master's curriculum that enables an executive board to organise and operate a small-scale independent label with supervision and guidance from our program / practicum advisor. In this role, I worked to oversee and guide all marketing activities from Disrupción and it's sub-labels, furthered our social media formats and branding, promoted artist releases through regular content development and created merchandise and support for live events.
