Abstract
In this reflection paper, I will provide an overview of my experience as the Marketing & Partnerships Manager for the Inocon Music Conference and Concert 2024, for my culminating experience of the Master's program in Music Business and Global Entertainment at Berklee Valencia.
My role initially involved designing and implementing the communication strategy before, during, and after the event. Additionally, I was responsible for developing partnership agreements in relation to Berklee Valencia and collaborating with their marketing team to create social media stories about the conference.
