Abstract
The objective of this Culminating Experience is to have a hands-on operational experience within the record label sector of the music industry. The goal is to develop leadership skills directly related to leading a team and heading the operations of a working record label. This particular experience will expose the leader to the operational structures and systems of a record label and prepare them to be a leader within the recording industry. The label manager will ensure that all other executives work to complete their roles to their highest ability and provide opportunities for the team to develop a unified vision and execution of said vision.
