Abstract
This is a comprehensive business plan for Melo Events, a proposed events and cultural platform based in Bogotá, Colombia, created to support Afro-Colombian professionals across the music industry. While Afro-Colombian culture has deeply shaped Colombian and global music, access to decision-making spaces remains very limited. Melo Events aims to bridge that gap by building community, access, and professional growth through live events.
