A Clinical Trial of Jinxiang Shugan Tablets Combined With Music Therapy for 35 Depressions of Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency After Stroke

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Jinxiang Shugan tablets combined with music therapy in the treatment of post-stroke depression with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency. Methods: A total of 70 patients admitted to the department of neurological rehabilitation in our hospital who met the diagnostic criteria of post-stroke liver stagnation and spleen deficiency depression, were divided into a control group and a treatment group according to the random number table method, and each group had 35 patients. The control group was treated with music therapy combined with a simulated agent, and the treatment group was treated with music therapy combined with Jinxiang Shugan tablets for intervention, respectively. The treatment course was 4 weeks. The reduction rate of HAMD quantitative score before and after treatment was used to compare the efficacy of the two groups.
