Abstract
The Head of Legal and Business Affairs Reflection Paper explores my reflections on my time serving in the role of Head of Legal and Business Affairs for Disrupción Records, Berklee Valencia’s student-run record label. The scope of the role is to oversee the legal and financial operations of the label, and in this paper, I explain the accomplishments I achieved, the challenges I faced, and the learnings I discovered. In the Outcome Slides, the same topics are explored by all members of the executive team for Disrupción Records.
